Dr. Sraddha Prativadi, MD

Dr. Prativadi was one of the providers in Elmira when I was receiving prenatal care. When I had questions and concerns about the antibiotic treatments during labor (that she told me I didn’t not have the right to refuse) she told me that I should not do my own research as she was the one with the medical degree. It felt extremely insulting considering I am a profession woman who is capable of interpreting information. Providers are suppose to listen to your concerns and answer questions, not belittle you for trying to understand treatments you are going to receive during birth. Additionally, after my son was born, she performed his circumcision and it was so poorly done we had to seek help from a provider in a different establishment. Terrible.

Absolutely adored dr prativadi! Ive never had a dr that made me feel heard, took their time and tried to actually help me and made me feel cared for! My only complaint is that she left Elmira and went back to Rochester!

Dr. Prativadi is a combines medicine with humanity. She is the best one I can think of. She took care of me when I was sick and she followed up with so much care and support beyond the scope of what the practice of medicine in this country perhaps allows. Go to her, you will be blessed.

Dr. Prativadi is a holistic healer that has an excellent bedside manner. I have had many terrible experiences with practitioners that treat you like a number. They hardly look you in the eye, it is like they have forgotten that you are a human being. Dr. Prativadi is the antithesis of that. She was thoughtful, listened & made me feel comfortable. I would have wanted to rate her 5 stars, however, when my test results came back I only found out what was going on by reading MyChart.

I highly recommend Dr. Prativadi! I have been a patient of Dr. Prativadi for 5 years. She is an exceptional clinician. She resolved a gyn problem that I have suffered with since puberty and 5 prior doctors didn't resolve. Dr. Prativadi is very caring, she listens, gives thoughtful diagnosis and treatment plan. She is engaged in her patients' well being. I have referred my family and friends to Dr. Prativadi.

I have been a longtime patient of Dr. Prativadi and up until recently, have been happy with the care I received. However, a recent medical test which involved a possible malignancy has eroded all trust and faith in this provider. She did not inform me of my test results for nearly three weeks, and her method of communicating the results was via voice mail! When I questioned her about the time it took her to delver me my results, she told me she had more urgent matters to take care of! Beware.

I have been going to Dr Prativadi for about 5 years; when she moved to HH, I moved with her. I can not imagine ever seeing anyone else. Dr P is a natural healer and wonderful lady; I had a female health problem and was frightened and she tended to me with professionalism, expertise and care. I consider myself to be very lucky to have found such a lovely lady/MD to be there for me. I wish I had her when I was delivering my children. I highly recommend her to everyone.

It was great experience with Dr. Prativadi. She guide lot to us during pregnancy and while dilevery too. She is knowledgeble and she loves her work. We will highly recommend her.
