excellent with my autistic sister
He was patient and explained things in a way that my special needs sister could follow. She has trouble communicating her pain levels and he was quick to understand and respond with scheduling pain meds instead of relying on her to request them. Overall, I have no complaints about the service he provided us. She is 62 going on 7 and a lot of people have trouble respecting her adult status because of her childlike responses. I appreciated his willingness to help her understand the procedures and medications.
