RUN AWAY! There is not enough space here to list the errors both Dr. Gatla and the staff have made. "Kimberly" the office manager admitted/apologised when I caught her & a staff member in a lie, then she laughed it off. The "nurse" kept calling me Alice, (my name is not Alice) Oops, wrong person's chart = wrong diagnosis, wrong treatment, wrong meds. (I'm not diabetic). Went in for a possible broken foot, they billed my BlueCross $125.00 for "depression counselling". Went in for torn rotator cuff, they billed ins. $150.00 for "smoking counselling" (I have never smoked). Took them 3 months to process a referral = to the wrong doctor: twice! The building is a dump, cracked bathroom sink, a hole in the sliding exam room door (anyone in the hallway can bend down & look into your room). Their tiny blood draw area is a converted storage closet, so small you have to hang your coat/purse in the public hallway. If you value your health/belongings do not enter this office of horrors!!!!

This office is horrible, he got all my information incorrect ?? He is about the money, wants me to come in for referrals, I waited an hour to be put in the room. I only see him because I was a Dr. Khanna patient. And Dr. Gatla took over the practice. I seen him once and would never see him again. Billed $400 for my visit, I payed my copay of $25 and got a bill for $154
