competent and caring surgeon
Dr. Kavaturu is a competent and caring surgeon. He is kind, but honest and truly wants what is best for the patient, not what is convenient for him. After removing my father's gallbladder/tumor, he recommended a followup surgery if the tumor was cancerous. He did not want to subject my Dad to a more extensive procedure if there wasn't a good reason. When test results came back positive for cancer, he was prepared to do a second surgery, however, the advancement of my father's chronic condition put him at greater risk and Dr. Kavaturu did not proceed out of concern that it would do more harm than good. It was such a comfort to know we could trust his judgement.

First Office Visit
Having my first office visit with Dr. Kavuturu went well. He discussed my options in an easy manner regarding both of my health conditions and I didn't feel rushed. The front office was friendly as well as the tech. I'll be returning again.

I had my first surgery with Dr. Kavuturu. He has an excellent bedside manner and answers all questions. He is honest and the surgery took longer than expected because he wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Would recommend him to anyone.
