Friendly doctor
Dr Srujal was very friendly and immediately put me at ease when I met him. He is knowledgeable, kind and attentive. I never felt rushed during my visit with him. He takes his time and explains things well. Kind doctor.

Awful experience
Awful. Dismissive, did not listen to what I was saying, arrogant, stood in front of me and talked down to me, yelled at me from hallway to excuse me from patient room.

My daughter saw Dr Patel for approximately 6 minutes, he did not listen to her symptoms, did not discuss her symptoms and she left his office and cried she told me that she felt like she had been verbally abuse and left feeling horrible. for someone who is suppose to care for patients, to make a patient who is worried about whats happening with her health feel like this is so wrong on so many levels.

Dr. Patel is a remarkable Cardiologist!! He treats his patients like family!! My other Cardiologist had me on one medication 900 miligrams a day!! Dr. Patel slowly worked with me in changing my medications and the one big dose to only 100 miligrams a day!! He really saved my life!! I was sleeping all day and my BP was 60/40!!! Im 73yrs and full of life because of Dr. Patel!! He is truly a blessing!! I would recommend him as a Cardiologist to everyone!!

This doctor will talk over you before you're finished explaining your symptoms, make you feel absolutely stupid, and will leave before anything important has been addressed. Never in my life have I had a professional MD make me cry and tell me to stop talking until he's finished, but wouldn't even let me tell him what was happening. Will never recommend him for cardio here in Phoenix, AZ. EVER! Especially if you're a woman, avoid him...
