Dr. Stacey Madoff, MD

Dr. Madoff has been my OB-GYN since 2004. I followed her to her new practice, that's how much her superior care of my issues over the years meant to me. She has always listened, cared, and made me feel like I am getting the best care I can possibly get.

17 years ago Dr. Madoff delivered my daughter and I have been with her since then. I would highly recommend her.

I’ve been seeing doctor Madoff for years. I’ve been reading some of these reviews and I have a different take on her bedside manner. This woman is very professional. She is a doctor and she does not joke around. Her opinions are based on knowledge and research. As far as caring-She went out of her way to assist me in having a procedure done when my insurance was expiring ans came in early. She did extra research to handle complicated issue. And she has always been straightforward with me. It is her job to give you her opinion whether you like it or not-she is the doctor. It may not align with your wishes or expectations (it’s easy to have expectations when you are pregnant) but her job is to protect your health. Doctors that really care have to handle multiple patients at once and they don’t all want the same bedside manner. She takes her profession seriously and will give you her opinion. That’s what you want in a doctor.

This was an oncall doctor for me and she treated me awfully. I have never had such a negative experience with a doctor. She should be fired for the way she talks to her patients. I got nothing but a rude tone from her and arguing back and forth. She told me I was wrong multiple times and doesn’t listen to a word you say. I am turning her into the head of Caremount Medical and I hope her license is taken away. Completely unacceptable and I do not recommend her to anyone.

Dr Madoff was distant and cold. Made me feel I was over reacting/exaggerating. Came away feeling that I hadn't been heard or understood.

I had a great experience with Dr. Madoff. We had a tricky situation but she communicated with me well, was supportive, and persistent until the issue was resolved. I would gladly see her again.

She was very judgmental about my medical marijuana license for chronic pain. I explained I needed a second shoulder replacement. She demanded to know why i thought that. I gave her the name of a fine local orthopod whose opinion it was and explained that I would be having the shoulder done by the surgeon who did my first shoulder. To which she replied "Do you even know if he's still in practice?" Quite needlessly rude, condescending and accusatory.Finding a new gynie

I have met and observed numerous physicians in my lifetime being that I work in healthcare and she has one of the worst bedside manner I have seen. I will refuse to see her the next time I go to the practice for an appointment. Very condescending and will give her opinion even before she hears what you have to say. There are so many other doctors out there. I do not wish to subject myself to her poor behavior again.

Completely dismissed my opinions and concerns. Thinks she is the only one who knows what birth control is right for me, and put me on a hormonal contraceptives which made me crazily depressed. Wouldn't even discuss which other pill was right for me after, just sent me off to the pharmacy. Wish I could find an OBGYN who respects my right to sterilization and understands my pre-existing conditions (which make pregnancy and hormonal contraceptives awful ideas)

Dr. Madoff was condescending and careless when I was having a miscarriage. She dismissed me from across her desk, never making eye contact and stated "You are losing the baby and I don't know what to tell you." I was in shock already due to having a miscarriage and just got up and left. I DO NOT recommend her to anyone!
