AWFUL AWFUL!!! Surgery had to be delayed due to office not being able to send pre op to surgeon's office. Dr. Sams thought just because she called and said cleared for surgery this would work. Clearly, she has no clue that other doctors' office can't go off of her word. When you call in to ask for urgent help all you are told is 'well if surgery needs to be cancelled then it does'.... How would Dr. Sams feel if this was her family and surgery had to be moved due to office not knowing what urgent is and getting the surgeon's office the clearance letter and labs.
