Removed large growth on my forehead above by eye
On May 22, 2024, Dr. Reed and her nurse, Holly, removed a large growth from my forehead. They educated me thoroughly before the procedure. They did an outstanding job of numbing the area so the procedure was painless. I was given excellent instructions on how to remove the bandages and care for the biopsy area. I was in and out of the doctor's office in under 25 minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Reed for all dermatology needs.

Worst Bedside Manner Ever
Dr Reed was perhaps the most dismissive person I've ever met. Her bedside manner was atrocious, and I left her clinic feeling violated.

I became violently ill 1 hour before my appointment and had to cancel. I was charged for the office visit even though I had no control over the circumstances. I asked if the fee could be waived since I am on a fixed income and circumstances beyond my control. They would not budge and made me pay it. Dr.s are supposed to have compassion. Dr. Reed does not and only seems to care about $$. Never going back

Nice doctor, staff with attitude
I was 6 minutes late and her assistant Connie was very snide about it. I see patients myself and don't treat them this way if they are a few minutes late. It made the whole experience so distasteful I never want to return.

There's prejudice happening here at this office. Not all patients are treated the same. Shame on Reed Dermatology! I arrived 8 minutes past my appt. start time and even though there is 15 minutes blocked for each patient I was staunchly told my appointment must be rescheduled, no empathy for the horrid parking situation or the time out of work or the real fact that patients are often called after their appointment start time. Her time is more important than your time. Uncaring and arrogant!
