Dr. Stacy Towles-Moore, MD

Although the wait times are long, Dr. Towles-Moore is an excellent doctor. She listens to you and you don't feel rushed. I am satisfied with my care, after every visit.

Arrived on time only for everyone one else to be seen first that arrived after me and had to wait 4 hours to be seen. The staff is very unpleasant and extremely rude. The doctor doesn't seem to know the basic skills needed to be a doctor either. Highly dissatisfied with this location and the employees. Will be changing physicians, Please find a better doctor to visit instrlead of wasting time here!

be prepared for a very long wait even virtual visits, 3-4 hours, incompetent, arrogant, worst experience ever

I waited for FOUR HOURS to have a physical done only to be told to come in the next day because they were closing. I came back the next day and FINALLY got my physical done. She's a nice person, but unless you have a few days to dedicate to ONE doctors visit, I'd look elsewhere.

Dr. Stacey Towles-Moore first became my primary care physician 7 years ago. When she moved to another clinic, 20 miles away, I followed her there because I felt I was getting the best care possible through her. She has a pleasant bedside manner and takes the time to listen to me.. She explains all treatment options and gives me the opportunity to decide what I would like to do. The waiting time may take long, but she spends more than enough time with each person. She is smart, kind and caring.
