Dr. Richter was my physician for over 30 years, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. He never kept me waiting, always took the time to listen, and combined medical brilliance with genuine kindness. I made a phone call because a ran out of my blood pressure medication and spoke to the doctor's assistant, I explained to her that I've been out for over a week and I needed a refill asap, to what she responded that they would give a refill without consultation which I was ok with but I requested just enough until the appointment. She responded that they would not under any circumstances supply me with any amount of pills that I needed to make sure my health wasn't compromised until I saw the doctor, she insisted in a very rude tone that there was no way they would do that. Jokingly I said, "well if I die it's going to be your fault, she exploded and started screaming at me saying that was threatening her and she would not take it, repeatedly she kept on screaming about me threatening her to what I kept insisting that it was never a threat. Then she started telling me to look for another doctor because she didn't want me there and she can care less about my condition. UNPROFESSIONAL!

Dr. Richter is great, his Office Staff is rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. They have treated me with contempt and disrespect with every interaction I have had with them. The fact that he has any patients left is more of a testament to his skills as a Doctor. I would fire each one of those miserable hags immediately. They do not represent this medical office well, and the patients and the Doctors working in this office deserve better.
