Terrible service
To start the nurse taking the vitals very rude didn’t want to take the time to listen or connect in any way and the doctor didn’t even check eyes ears or throat it was so fast that I had to stop him at the door with my questions and request to check my son better and when I asked about the diagnosis he said he was going to give me a paper with the information They just want to go home. I feel so uneasy about the diagnosis or drugs prescribed. I’m going to do my best not to go back to this urgent care.

Professional Service you would expect
I had a fantastic experience at the urgent care center thanks to Dr. Reynoso. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient, and Dr. Reynoso provided outstanding care. They took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns, explained the treatment plan in detail, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. It’s clear that Dr. Reynoso is knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to providing excellent care. Highly recommend!

Everyone was helpful. I got checked in quickly. The nurse who checked me out mentioned that if I have heart palpitations or fell just go directly to Pomona Hospital ER

I felt heard!
Saw Dr. Reynoso for a follow up visit for a broken hand. It’s the first positive experience I had throughout this process. He listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. Being heard was a breathe of fresh air

I went in to urgent care for ear pain, cough and sore throat. Dr Reynoso examined me and I had a bad ear infection but my lungs were clear and that was good news. He took his time and answered all my questions.
