Need to find a better doctor
She doesn't wear a white coat. She doesn't listen well, explain test results or offer advice beyond offering scripts for medicine. Was not impressed with her YSL outfit at last visit.

Not meeting even my lowest standards
This practice in general has suffered from Christiana taking over. Less staff and very long waits for phone call answers. But Dr Steiner was totally incompetent at my appointment in January. I had an episode of A Fib for the first time in November. January was the first time Dr Steiner had seen me and had the med techs do 2 EKG’s. She said they showed a “blip” and said to go to a cardiologist and get a 24 hour EKG. Then she left without ever touching me or listening to my heart- nothing. When I got the print out of the visit the EKG report said “previous myocardial infarction.” This is not a “blip”, it’s a heart attack. Not something you want to learn about from a write up. This is just bad medicine and I won’t be back. And yes, I let Christiana know. They told me to report it to Dr. Barkasy which I did and never heard a response.

Won’t be going back to see Dr. Steiner. She’s a snob, she rushed my appointment after coming in late. Barely listened to me. Acts annoyed and like she’d rather be elsewhere. I can’t understand why she’s a doctor, doesn’t seem knowledgeable or compassionate. One Star is too much. Receptionist are nice and helpful.

Worst experience
Worst experience with a doctor I’ve had. She was leaving the room as I was telling her my symptoms. Then stood in the hallway while I tried to tell her and made me feel like an inconvenience to her day. Also didn’t feel like she cared or even listened

I would find a more professional business. I had called to make a pre-op apt back in November. The office called on 12/28 saying they messed up the scheduling and will need to reschedule, but then they didn't even have the correct apt down. There were so many red flags with my apt and the professionalism I received, I wouldn't trust them at this point with my medical history.

Dr. Steiner is very warm, compassionate and knowledgeable in the field that she is in. Very thorough with her work. She has taken good care of me and cares about my health. She is a business like person but here is a warm caring side to her. I enjoy my visits with her and look forward to seeing her for my next medical visit. I had no problem with the staff, all professional. Office clean, waiting room clean and plenty of parking. Dr. Steiner 5 star doctor , I give her my 2 thumps up!

Stephanie Steiner is the absolute worse doctor I’ve ever had she is condescending, rude, and very judgemental on top of that her staff are just completely incompetent I tried to make an appointment to see the doctor for short of breath they wanted me to go to the hospital I attempted to explain to the nurse what my problem was after she continually repeated herself that I need to go to the hospital and the dr Steiner will not see me it was obvious that the nurse did not want to listen and it was

Unfortunately, Dr. Steiner is in the wrong profession. Perhaps, she should be in fashion. She was very short and condescending. She did not listen to anything that I was trying to address, instead she tried pushing medication that didn't even pertain to me. I hope those beautiful outfits and heels serve her well.

I credit Dr Steiner with saving my life. Returning home after a chest xray, she called to tell me I needed to go back to the hospital for a CT scan. Without her insistence I would have waited until the next day. I went back and was admitted to ICU for 8 days with multiple pulmonary emboli. She is the best. Very kind and attentive. Highly recommend her

Dr. Steiner has been my Family's Physician for many years. I believe approximately 16 years. In the simplest terms I could sum up by saying....I love her! She is very warm and compassionate and extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She has always taken good care of me. I have moved from the area and will no longer be able to see her. I am quite saddened by this. I don't believe I will ever find another Dr. who can fill her shoes for me. She is just the best!!
