It was the worst. There is no reason to do a sonogram if you go in for a simple Pap smear and regular check up especially if you aren’t complaining about anything and say you feel great! I say this place has an insurance game going as well. Gyns should automatically collect urine specimens to rule out any possible pregnancy or uti and sonograms are considered optional and shouldn’t be forced. Results should be given over the phone and not have to set up another visit to discuss. A regular routine checkup went awry for me and I will never go back again! I feel beyond violated and sore to the point I feel like hiring a lawyer because of the fact that procedural issues matter. There is unethical practices happening in this office guaranteed. I have been in the insurance field for many years and clearly the set up here is to do tests that aren’t necessary. If you are perfectly healthy and show no symptoms and no pains and are not complainin.I will be reporting this place

Horrible and absolutely unacceptable

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! This place is the most unprofessional and I don’t even understand how they still exist! I went there one time only and had tests done at first visit. I have tried to call for two weeks and get my results but they NEVER answer the phone. With two small children under 2 yo I had to find time to go to get my results and person ( if you can call her a human being) MARIYA, who is unfortunately a “manager” also, REFUSED TO GIVE ME RESULTS. I spent there one hour nicely trying to get Hippa form from other office (they sent it 3 times and received FAX confirmation) while this office said they didn’t receive it. Then, I asked her to sign the form on the spot ( which legally, I have a full right of) and she told me that she doesn’t have this form which is the lie! Then, I tried more times reaching other office and getting this form over and they sent it again. But then she started to tell me to leave because she has other patients and the fact that IM ALSO A PATIENT played

I give 1 to 5 because cannot give -zero. Horrible office, dirty and I did not expect it in such a place. The room where I was visited dirty and untidy, the plastic supports on the bed used to support the feet for the visit, were old and yellow and not even covered with a protective plastic for hygiene. To conclude, even if I would also have to write about the office, they did not request my insurance in time for an exam I should have done from them, but because it was horrible there I wanted to escape from it and go to do it to my regular place close to my house. I should go again because something went wrong with my test, but they will never see me again . stay away from this place. the doc was worst of my freezer , this is warmest than her personality. OMG

I’ve been going to Dr. Buck for as long as I can remember. Shoot she helped make sure I made it into this world healthy and made sure my mom was taken care of. She’s been a great family friend and an awesome doctor. I’ve had a few medical scares and Dr. Buck has done her absolute best to make sure I understood what’s going on. If she didn’t have a concrete answer for me, she would research the diagnosis and get back to me at her earliest convenience. Wouldn’t change doctors at all. One of a kind

A commercial doctor whose ethics is questionable. Absolutely horrendous bedside manner and only smiles at her friends who come to her as patients. Almost killed me after missing key diagnosis which should have caught through a simple urine test even after I followed up multiple times. Had to perform an emergency surgery to be saved. Avoid.

I have been a loyal patient for over 20 years. I have referred friends and family to Dr. Buck. She has delivered my son, nephew and cousins. She's precautious and she will take care of you.

I have been with Dr. Buck-Haskin for over a decade and I'm pleased with her medical expertise. The office staff is very friendly and they accommodate me with all my scheduling changes. The nurses are pleasant and professional. If you want an OB-GYN that is knowledgeable about medicine and the current improvements in this field, Dr. Buck-Haskin is the doctor you want to guide your treatment.

Dr.Buck-Haskin is a wonderful person as well as a great doctor.She has been my doctor for years and has always been there to provide care to me .She worries about her patients and that is why she is strict about follow up and taking care of your self.I find Dr.Buck-Haskins bedside manner to be the perfect balance of caring and professionalism. I highly recommend this wonderful doctor.She is soft spoken and kind yet commands the respect of those around her.Dr Buck-Haskin is a very though Doctor who listens to your complaints and directs you to correct testing as needed.

Dr. Buck has known me since I was a teenager. She is the ONLY OB-GYN I will go to. She has taken care of me, be open and honest and thorough. I love the staff and the office is professional and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Buck-Haskins to all women.

If I could give her zero stars I would. Stephanie Buck-Haskin is an absolutely terrible doctor in every way possible. She has a disgusting attitude and I cannot say much about her professional expertise either and this is coming from someone who just gave birth. She exaggerates problems that do not exist, does not explain anything properly and she even REFUSED to give my medical records when I, as the patient, should have rights to my obtain my medical records. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Very unprofessional eating food while speaking with you, as if she needed it. Preform procedures and drop my insurance without ever forwarding my records, unorganized. Would never refer this doctor.

Horrible doctor, office mngr very rude. Run around with the rhogam shot-which I had to ask for. I did not have issues right away but when I did at 7 months pregnant, no other doctor wanted to see me as I already had an established doctor relationship. Prescribed Vicodin after 36 hour labor and emergency c-section when she knew I was nursing(could shut down baby respiratory system). Ended up with a gangrene infection from being on my back so long, would not return emergency calls.

Her office is terrible. It is dirty and old. What makes her the WORST is her horrid secretary and organization. The secretary is rude and yells over you. They did not even tell me of my test results! Apparently my results showed an infection and they never told me! I found out 3 months later when I called for a BC refill. For three months I had an infection and did not know. That to me is disgusting.

She doesn't explain much to the patient. Needs to communicate better with the patient , cold doctor, her billing needs to be review very suspicious. They billed my insurance $5000 for surgery that wasn't done.
