Dr. Stephanie Charron is an absolute treasure!

Everyone at the office was very kind and its always great to see Dr. Charron. She always answers all our questions and she takes the time to listen to all my son's questions and comments...he is a talker lol. Thank you!

Great with my son

The nurse that helped on the phone wasn't very polite. Her responses were short and lacked empathy for my situation. The clerk was helpful but the wait was long. After 12 minutes in the waiting area the clerk called back and was able to get someone to attend to us. The provider was extraordinary though. She is always so caring and thoughtful and addressed my worries thoroughly helping me feel at ease. She was very informative and her recommendations were very helpful! My daughter seems to be doing better already.

We love the care we get and my boys love the books they get also

Don’t get me wrong. She’s an amazing doctor but her only flaw is she loves to excuse parents problems. When my son was a newborn, he had extremely bad eczema and when I came to her with this problem, she would tell me it’s “baby acne”. My son got older, he experienced more problems. With a family who has cancer, my son began to experience symptoms that I have seen before and other family members and when I came to her with this problem, she excused it and said he was fine. When I called asking what she had said about the test results the nurses and her medical assistant said “she THINKS he’s OK“ “during the appointment he SEEMED ok”. As a doctor. I need you to know what’s the problem and as a parent I do not feel comfortable leaving medical decisions in her hands and I will be going to a different doctor to get a second opinion.

Dr. Charron has seen both of my children and she has always been fantastic. She has great tips to share and Is very knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable with her and she takes great care of her patients.

Dr. Charron is absolutely wonderful. She's been caring for my child since the beginning and I've never had a single complaint. She listens to all my questions/concerns, and always has an informative response to help. She is very thorough & Interactive for each appointment we've been to which to me shows her dedication. Overall the staff is very helpful & kind. I would definitely recommend to any family or friends!

Good provider

We love our provider. For non urgent concerns we have to wait a while to see her but I believe that's like because she's a great dr and in high demand.

The provider dismisses health concerns, instead of providing a test to reassure her statement.

She is one of the best providers at kadlec. Except she is always booked up. And it's hard to get in. I am also irritated that my kiddos can't be seen at the clinic if they have COVID symptoms when they don't have COVID it may just be the flu or something else and I have to take them to urgent care
