my special-needs son right before his adenoid and tube surgery removal. I asked Dr. Cole if she could double check if he was tongue tied for he was nonverbal and this is something we wanted to check off our list preventing him from Speech. my husband, and I will never forget her, rolling her eyes at us and saying he’s not tongue tied, but but I will check. She stated he was not after surgery. I just found out through Tampa center in Florida that he is extremely tongue-tied one of the worst they have ever seen. I hope she never does this to another family again

She did not listen to my concerns. Appointment was rushed. Sent me for an in office hearing test, that I did not need. Problem was not addressed or solved.

Dr. Cole is an excellent medical professional. She was very patient, addressed all my concerns and explained all relevant aspects related to my visit in the appropriate level of detail.

Dr. Cole took my surgery on short notice due to the other surgeon falling Ill. Dr. Cole did an amazing job, I'm extremely thankful for the job she and the entire team did. Outstanding professional, great doctor. All visits with Dr. Cole have been extremely pleasant.

I had the worst experience with Dr. Cole. I was having breathing issues from my nose, and a deviated septum. I went to see Dr. Cole about doing a routine Rhynoseptoplasty. I should have known from the consultation to not have had her perform my surgery. She seemed like she was pushing me to a different doctor, and that she did not seem to want me as a patient or help. I went through the surgery after she asked me to move my surgery date three different times. When they asked if I could move it a third time I said no, that I already had the time off for that time slot. After the surgery, I was not able to get ahold of her an entire weekend as I was having severe pain. She also never scheduled a post-surgery appointment, just an appointment to take my stitches out. I was not happy with my results, as my breathing was worse, and one side of my nose collapsed, and one side was way overstuffed with cartilage. My nose looked deformed and my breathing was worse.

She did my sons tonsillectomy. She was fine to us & it went well but she treated the nurse & everyone in the office rudely. Not only was it eye opening to hear how she spoke to them & jarring to listen to her turn around & speak politely to us in the next breath, but unprofessional to speak that way to your staff in front of everyone. By their guarded looks to each other I could tell they were used to it. I felt sorry and embarrassed for them. I later learned this is her normal manner.

Cannot say enough about the level of service provided. Takes whatever time necessary to address your needs and concerns. Supported by an exceptional staff, she has it covered on every front. Thanks Dr. Cole for all you do.

I was disappointed with Dr. Cole's bedside manner. I called the group looking for the first available appt for a dr to treat a plugged up ear. I was told that there was an opening with Dr. Cole the next morning so I took it. Upon the examination, Dr. Cole seemed disgruntled with the fact that I was able to get an appt so quickly and she made me feel like I was wasting her time with a problem that had only been going on for 10 days. Though she did provide thorough exam, I won't be returning.

She did and amazing job with my son. She made me feel like he was in the right hands and answered all my questions.
