Doesn’t Care, Doesn’t Follow Up
6 weeks later she still hasn’t sent in my authorization request to insurance but expects me to pay for the appointment.

Amazing practitioner! Would absolutely recommend
Dr. Epting was thorough, kind, communicative and overall a breath of fresh air compared to the usual experience with healthcare professionals. She explained the thought process for my care plan and listened intently to my concerns. She also made sure I understood the recommendations and the path moving forward and answered all my questions. I can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Epting.

if I could do a zero star I would. I went to my appointment to get trigger point injections in my neck. They told me they can’t do the injections because I don’t have my MRI imaging. Why didn’t they tell me to bring the imaging before my appointment? No idea. All they have are the reports. So I leave because I don’t have what I need to get the services I was there for. Later that afternoon she had her assistant call me telling me she read the report and there are unspecified changes in my neck and I need to go see a surgeon. So let me get this straight, the doctor didn’t even see the MRI image herself. She read a report about the image which could be read by a fifth grader and she’s having her CNA assistant tell me to go see a surgeon. that is completely unprofessional

Very professional. Explains everything very clear
Staff is very nice. Dr. Epting makes sure you understand what she is thinking and what plan she'd like to follow. She listens and asks questions to make sure she understands what you're experiencing. You're talked with and not at.

Dr EPTING was pleasant and welcoming - important to me. She showed interest in my situation asking detailed questions, looking at me and listening when I spoke. She explained my images in detail sharing what might be causing my pain. She took time to test seemingly all my motor skills. Very good. Most of all she didn’t push medical treatment on me. I will certainly recommend her.

Great dic I thought till I had fender bender mid treatment. Took 3 weeks for her office to say they wouldn't see me again! Could have been treated by anothr doc by now instead of circles on the phone
