Dr. Stephanie Florence, DPM

I do not recommend Dr. Florence to anyone. I first saw her in 2022 after I took a really nasty fall that left my ankle in not great shape. I went to the ER where initially they thought it was dislocated due to the swelling, or very badly broken, neither of which was the case but I wish it had been broken. I went to see Dr. Florence after my doctor sent me to her. The entire time she was uncaring and unkind and did not even perform basic muscle testing to the injury. After three months of being in extreme pain and not walking, we finally got an MRI and after she 'reviewed' it she declared nothing was wrong and I needed to loose weight, giving me a steroid injection that made the pain worse. I walked with a cane for two years after that. After a year and a half I got a second opinion, and lo and behold, after reviewing the MRI the doctor was shocked that I hadn't had surgery earlier, as my peroneal tendon and the ligaments surrounding it were torn requiring surgery. I do not recommend.

My first trip to this doctor was very pleasant. I took my aging father there for problems with his feet. By the time he left the facility his problems were greatly improved. From the time I checked in with the receptionist everyone was very courteous understanding and eager to help. The treatment my father received was quick and complete and even with additional questions the nurses were eager to help. After leaving the facility I had an additional question or two. The receptionist advised me she would have the nurse call. I was extremely surprised when I did actually get a call back very promptly. Can't say enough good things about everyone and look forward to additional visits in the future. Great job keep up the good work

The office personnel are some of the slowest and rudest I’ve ever dealt with. I’d get so anxious just getting my next appt. Dr Florence messed up my surgery, even the Physical Therapist agreed that a second opinion was warranted. I won’t ever go back to her. I’ll travel to see another podiatrist.

Dr. Florence is always personable and professional. She has addressed my foot issues in a most satisfactory manner. Highly recommended.

I can't explain how happy I am that I have found Dr. Florence. I have a chronic condition that requires me to see a podiatrist more often than most people. I have lived in several states and have been treated by many doctors and Dr. Florence is by far the BEST. She has a great bedside manner always making me feel comfortable and at east. She is also very knowledgeable and explains things as she goes along. She has also been my surgeon and again made me feel calm and not nervous. Not to mention her technique must be superb because you can barely even see my scar. Her office staff is also very nice and welcoming and remembers me by name. I can't say enough amazing things about Dr. Florence!!!!

My first encounter was in the hospital her bedside manor was incredible. That was in the end of December and I have been her patient ever since. My condition requires weekly visits for wound care and she always has a smile for me no matter what the news is for that week. The girls in the office are always polite and as soon as I walk in am greeted with a smile and a big hello. I cant imagine any one else as my wound care doctor

Dr. Florence is abosolutly fantastic. Her staff in the office is TERRIBLE and RUDE. My appointment was at 1030. (I was late due to construction. ) I then stood in line to check in for 20min. They weren't going to see me because I was 30 minute late. I explained that I stood in line for 20 minutes waiting to be checked in. The office personal then r taking people back that got in way after me. So, I waited 45+ minutes just to go back into the room. Once I was in room I waited another 45+.
