Dr. Stephanie Lehrhoff, MD

I'll start by saying I have never left a review for a doctor before, but I was so upset after my experience I felt I had to. Unfortunately, bedside manner was lacking. Especially with a new patient that she never met before. I didn't feel welcomed and made to feel like I was an inconvenience. She was late for our appointment, stayed about ten minutes, and as I was clarifying what we discussed (I always like to repeat back what we talked about to make sure I have a clear understanding and didn't mishear anything), she interrupted me and said 'I have to go now' and just walked out of the room. I thought my jaw was going to hit the floor. I've never had a doctor exhibit that kind of behavior and I was so incredibly hurt and upset when I left. I felt like she didn't care about me as a patient and specifically a new patient who she had no interest in getting to know. I understand schedules are busy, but there were much nicer ways she could have excused herself to end the appointment.

Dr Lehroff picked up on a basal cell that was previosly missed by a different doctor. What else is more important than that!

I asked about pricing for a procedure and Dr. Lehrhoff proceeded to tell me I was unwelcome and would not do a procedure I had asked for. Humiliating. Terrible do not use her

I went to Dr. Lehrhoff for treatment for my rosacea. Under her supervision, my rosacea had become increasingly worse. Finally my rosacea was all over my face and extremely itchy. I called for an apt and I could only get one a month away! I called back the next day and complained that my rosacea was very bad and I needed an apt. quickly. I was rudely told by the receptionist that she had nothing available for a month. I asked to see another doctor and she said none were available as well.
