Worst provider I've ever had, hands down.
Known to my friends and family (and anyone who asks) as 'my doctor who I hate' as she provided absolutely pitiful 'care'. When I discovered a lump on my breast, she insisted the I come in for a physical exam before sending me for imaging. Said, 'I don't know what that is' and promptly took 2 months to complete the referral for a mammogram. Thankfully, it was nothing to be alarmed about but could have been a catastrophe.Fast forward a couple of years: she has now been removed from the practice and her replacement revealed that, for the past two check ups, I had lab results that should have prompted medication or, at minimum, a treatment plan. I'm sorry, but I am not the doctor, so if my bloodwork shows something problematic, I deserve - at minimum - an email or phone call to let me know. There are other examples of the utter incompentence and horrible bedside manner, but I think I've made my point.

We were an emergency visit today with Dr. Lukas, she was outstanding. She continued to check for understanding of my husband's situation, making her a good listener. Checked and gave us input on the types of medicines that might help and if he felt comfortable with the choices. We found her to be an excellent doctor.

Worst experience with a primary care physician ever. I was a new patient due to my long time physician relocating. She advised I was due for at least 3 procedures (which I was not) because she didn’t bother to read my chart. She was indecisive and not thorough. Called 2x for a medication refill and never received the refill nor the courtesy of a return phone call.
