Dr. Stephanie Marshall, DO

I had hoped to find a caring cardiologist but instead endured a nightmare angiogram performed by Marshall. I was given something to address my intolerance for the dye used in the procedure and very little anesthesia. I felt every moment of pain and discomfort on the operation table where my BP shot up dangerously high which caused excessive bleeping for which she then gave me more BP meds which made me dizzy and nauseous. Doctor Mrahsall never came in to talk with me before the procedure to exlain why she was going in the femoral vein instead of my wrist as my last two procedures nor did she talk to me after the procedure. She just left after plugging me up with an seal to stop the bleeping without a word. She has failed to call to see how I have been healing or for any follow up.

I was in the office once and saw her face to face. While see is nice enough I had to call the office for my EKG results more than once. I had an echocardiogram on December 14th and have not been able to get in touch with anyone. I have called the office a minimum of 4 times. A family member had an echo in November and still does not have the results. Her 12/18/23 appt was cancelled because the doc was sick. Yet, my insurance company was billed and I received a bill for the remainder. To not be able to get in touch with someone in the office for test results is completely unacceptable. I have never had an experience like this with a physician.

She literally has gave me a second at life! I love her!

Dr. Marshall is the most compassionate and professional doctor I've ever seen. She patiently listens to my symptoms and concerns and after examination, she treats them effectively. After three other doctors unsuccessful treatments, she finally gave me the treatment I needed to restore my health in 2015. I am so thankful for her.

She is a very self indulgent,manipulative person. She uses people for what she can get. She once stated she admitted me to the hospital to apieze me and stuck me in a childs room with diapers and kids toys in the room. This is after 2 heart attacks ,afib and after i painted her house,changed the locks on her doors of houe she was renting. I sat her dogs,cooked for her party and my wife decorating her house for her daughters party. Better doctors at my dogs vet office.

She canceled two appoints with me and the scheduling of the next available appointments were two to three months out. When I finally got an appointment and was there to see her, she went home and left me in the exam room. Never got to see her. Only one staff member was in the office. She was shocked to see I had never seen the doctor, but did nothing about it. Staff is as bad as she is.

Always loved Dr. Marshall, unfortunately, have not been at all satisfied with my treatment the last couple of years. Cancelled or rescheduled appointments by her and failing to follow through with prescription requests. Not sure if her staff is not doing their job or if the problem lies with her, but very disappointing.

I love Dr. Marshall...she was awesome and listened to me Will def keep going to her!!

Dr. Marshall has been my Dr. for more than 10 years. I know for a fact as sick as I am without her I wouldn't be alive today. She is a great Dr, and has great instinct of what needs to be done. I thank her every chance it get for helping me live a productive life. She takes her job very seriously, and her patients. To some it up thank you Dr Marshall for being such a great Dr, and good friend.

I absolutely adore and love Doctor Stephanie Marshall Cardiologists. She is so sweet. caring, funny, takes her time with her patients and very professional. And, I'd highly recommend her too anyone who is looking for a great and good Doctor and the facility and Staff are excellent caring and such kind people. I give them 2 thumbs up
