Great PCP
Dr Southard has been a very well versed doctor. I have been seeing her for 4 years now and I find her compassionate, patient and sympathetic to my medical needs. I find her staff cordial and well trained. I have no complaints And I do recommend her for a family practitioner.

Is She a Doctor?
If I could give her 0 stars I would. When my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer, Stephanie refused to have a colonoscopy on me. She said my insurance wouldn't pay for it since I was 35 at the time. I was at moderate to severe risk. Other doctors have told me that she was wrong to do this. She also never took my chest pains seriously when I was in the Wayne County Hospital. She made a joke out of it.

This is one of the sorriest, poorest excuses for a Doctor I have encountered. She has no compassion, and is completely unfeeling. My mother has Parkinsons and lots of other health problems. She was treated like an old stray dog! I wouldn't even take my animals to her! She has no consideration for the elderly and I can imagine none anyone else either. Parkinsons affects comprehensive responses, as well as the ability to move. I hope she is treated the same way she treats others. Shame on her!

Terrible would never go back to this nut. Found her and her staff completely unprofessional, insensitive and flat rude if questioned. Depending on her to manage mine & my wife's health issues was so confusing and disappointing. This doctor was not interested in helping us what so ever with our individual needs either with insurance or health care. Find another Doctor!

Dr. Southard is very unprofessional. She is very underhanded, not what you want in a doctor! Its absurd to go to an obese, obviously unhealthy person to over see your health anyway. Beware this dr!!

My daughter suffers from severe migraines and Dr Southard 1st gave her a referral to a Nuerologist that could not treat her because he wasn't a pediatric Nuerologist. She falsified documents saying we visited her in November for the referral which we did not. The referral was over the phone. Not to mention she was discussing our personal information where my daughter could hear her in the waiting room. Totally unprofessional and a complete quack! Would NEVER Recommend her!
