Dropped by Dr Sterling at last second
I’ve been having chronic pain for over a month and made many phone calls trying to schedule an appointment with Dr. Sterling as my new PCP. Not once did anybody tell me that she was no longer seeing new patients as a PCP. Two days before my appointment, I receive a call informing me that she can’t see me. Now I’ve waited six weeks dealing with unexplainable chronic pain for absolutely no help.

Dr Sterling is very difficult to be contacted with. She doesn’t respond to massages even when it’s an emergency. She forgets to send prescriptions to pharmacy and it may take her a few days to do so. No communication what is so ever. Not helpful at all. Two visits and the same bad experience
