Dr. Collins is by far the best physician I’ve ever had. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and thorough, he is incredibly compassionate. He took the time to explain our options, the process, and determine the best path forward for our family, given our circumstances. He was honest, patient, and a great communicator. My husband and I are beyond thankful to have met Dr. Collins - he gave us the biggest blessing - welcoming our miracle baby into our family. We give Dr. Collins our highest recommendation for anyone needing fertility care. He truly is one of a kind!

Dr Collins is the best doctor I have ever met! He is super knowledgable and gives all advice based on scientific research facts and data. He keeps up with all kinds of cutting edge treatments, research and makes the best decision for each case. He explains everything to a perfect amount, I tend to worry a lot when it comes to medical treatments, Dr. Collins always calms me down with his precise explanation and sharp observation. On top of being the most knowledgeable and skilled doctor, Dr. Collins is always super nice and caring. He replies to emails even at nights or during the weekends. On top of all these he cares about his patients in all aspects. I wish I met Dr. Collins earlier in my life. I'm really grateful that we have him in the DFW area, in my opinion, he is absolutely the best and I would recommend anyone who's seeking to infertility help, especially if you have a tricky situation like me, please come to Dr. Collins!

I saw Dr collins after a bad experience with a different location. From the start he was open and kind, wanted to know what we had already tried and worked with me to find a treatment plan that fit what my husband and myself needed to do as a couple not just a generic treatment. He would listen to concerns during my appointments and never treated them as silly. The entire team supports each other so communication is clear at all times and makes the entire experience calm and stress free. I cannot recommend Dr Collins enough and if you are looking to start and IVF journey Dr Collins and the CRE team are a great place to go.

I highly recommend Dr. Collins - we had sought his help in October 2021 and heard our first miracle heartbeats in December 2021. Compared to other IVF places I had worked with in the past, Dr. Collins made the process of a stimulation cycle, egg retrieval, embryo transfer etc very smooth with as few appointments as necessary to achieve a successful outcome. As someone who works a high-intensity job, this was very appreciated. As a provider, he is also kind, knowledgeable, and just a joy to work with especially during what can be a stressful and emotional fertility journey full of ups and downs. He was always upfront with us about how things were going and with expectations. Overall, it was a great experience and we will be going back to him in the future if needed!

I came to see Dr. Collins at CRE after years of IVF with 2 other clinics. Based on my previous experiences, I had very little hope due to my age (40) and PCOS diagnosis. Where other doctors made me feel like I was out options, Dr. Collins came up with multiple protocols I could try that were customized to me. He explained everything so I could understand, gave me options, discussed studies and provided resources so I could make an informed decision. His bedside manner is unquestionably the best I’ve experienced. He even called and emailed me himself several times throughout the process! I am currently pregnant and ready to transfer to my regular OB after believing this likely would never happen for me. Dr. Collins and the amazing, supportive team at CRE made this possible and the process seamless. I wish I’d come here sooner, I could not recommend them more.

Dr. Collins is knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. He didn't put us through any unnecessary procedures, and was always positive, even when we weren't feeling as much. The whole team here is fantastic - easily accessible, helpful, and caring. We're so happy we chose Dr. Collins and CRE. We had 6 pregnancy losses and 1 failed IVF w/previous doctors. Dr Collins approach was different & he never focused on us being >35. We both felt immediately encouraged that we’d get pregnant and sustain it. Well..we got pregnant naturally within 2 months!! We’re graduating from his clinic today to r OBGYN but he re-assured us that we could keep seeing him if r doc couldn’t see us for a few weeks. He’s been so amazing and patient every step of the way with my anxiety & ptsd from all of the loss. So blessed to have found Dr. Collins & CRE!!!

Dr. Collins was very helpful during our process. He explained things so in detail and was so encouraging. As a woman with PCOS, he was very knowledgeable about the condition and helped me understand it better, and explained that nothing was "wrong" but that I simply ovulated differently. It was so comforting knowing that he knew so much about it and could help me. I can't say enough good things about this practice. I am 13 weeks pregnant and they truly helped me every step of the way.

My wife and I had multiple visits with Dr. Collins on our journey to getting pregnant and from day 1 he was nothing short of amazing. Always took his time and answered every single question. He also made us feel comfortable and assured there was nothing “wrong” with us. He instead educated us on PCOS and the IUI process and renewed our excitement to be parents. We were blessed to get pregnant on our first try and we credit all of that to our amazing care. Where a lot of doctors treat you like any other patient, Dr. Collins treats you like family.
