Dr. Stephen Ertz, DPM

These people are so RUDE !!! I should had listened to the other reviews!!! The nurse, who never introduced herself to me, (long black hair) took a attitude with me as soon as she took me back. Told me I had to write all my meds down, that she did not have time. Even slammed the door when she walked out mumbling under her breath. Now Dr. Ertz shouldn't even have a medical license!!! Very RUDE. He said he wouldn't help me, (I thought he was a podiatrist). Wouldn't listen to my problems until I got up and said I was leaving, then he's like hold on . Too late you can't help me, I've wasted my time. Do yourself a favor and don't give him the chance to even see you, he will make your blood boil! Find a doctor who actually cares for the patients!

Rude and Condescending!

definitely suggest to seek another doctor’s opinion!! And he is rude!

I had an issue with a lingering foot sprain. Dr. Ertz was probably the rudest doctor I’ve ever encountered. Not only that. There has been NO IMPROVEMENT!

Staff was fine… friendly etc. Dr. spoke as if pain was my fault or just the way it was gonna be. He immediately said “I’m not gonna tell you stop working” after asking what I did for a living (as if I was seeking a disability recommendation - which I was not). Very condescending, presumed I never bought, heard of or wore quality shoes. I left feeling judged and belittled with a list of shoes from which to purchase. Still not knowing if problem will heal or be ongoing.

Over many years I have seen many Podiatrist. I find Dr. Stephen Ertz and his staff to be courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and caring professions. After my first visit my foot found pain relief and continues to thrive. I recommend him to everyone with feet.

Rude, condescending, poor bedside manner and not sympathetic to the pain of patients. He criticized my shoes, injected my foot with celestone even though I had recently had an injection of the same thing for a shoulder problem. (Pickled liver?) First visit he handed me a list and told me to go to Sports Spectrum to get my choice of shoes from those on his prepared list. Most of those shoes were no longer in stock and none were in my size. His nurse is great, desk staff is unprofessional.

Dr. Ertz and his staff are always nice, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional! I have recommended Dr. Ertz, to family, friends, co-workers, church members and anyone sharing a concern regarding the diagnosis and treatment of their feet. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains your medical condition in a manner you can understand. His office, wait rooms and restrooms are always clean. Dr. Ertz, is a wonderful doctor!
