I have never had to report a doctor to the Medical Board of California until now. In my humble opinion, Dr. Forner should not be practicing medicine of any kind. I can't say whether his knowledge of neurology is adequate because I'm not a doctor. However, I can say for a fact that he falsified my medical records. The false diagnosis he gave me upon seeing me for 20 minutes - would force me into $30,000 of invasive testing that would benefit his bottom line. The irony is, I'm in perfect health.

I don't understand the negative comments. I was unsure before my first appointment, but quickly found Dr. Forner to be highly competent. After three visits, I think Dr. Forner has a fine bedside manner and truly cares about me as a person. He spends the time and has answered all my question in a very understandable way. I will recommend him without hesitation.

I have seen many neurologists and headache specialists for a chronic condition. I was surprised how well my experience at my first visit was since I saw his low ratings. However the next time around I see it - he has a poor bedside manner and is not compassionate. You might think that he could understand people are in chronic pain but instead he is unapologetic and sharp, especially when running behind schedule. I will probably not go back for my follow up.
