A Godsend in a terrible situation.
Dr. Griffith did emergent neurosurgery on my 37 year old son Ryan. July 2022. I am an ER/ICU RN of 40 years. I thank God for this man. On call when it was a dire situation. Thank you!!

Initially I was very impressed with his pleasant personality and willingness to explain my chiari condition. After the surgery I had a leak and had to have an additional surgery. During surgery my eyes were not covered properly so the surgery fluid leaked into my eyes and I could not see for several days. When I met with him after my second surgery his demeanor towards me changed. He rushed me through my appointment keep looking at his watch and spent about 6 minutes with me. It was a hurtful experience I didn't understand the change and I just wanted to better understand what happened with my first surgery. I contacted a pt advocate to express my concerns the advocate clearly protecting the best interest of the physician sent me an ugly letter downplaying everything. His staff never once called to check on me or followup with me regarding my care. I would not reccomend Dr. Griffith or St. Lukes for neurosurgery for physicians that care and will take time to make sure that you are ok.

Did not have a positive experience with Dr Griffith and would NOT recommend him. I became his patient after having my first brain bleed, he chose not to have surgery because I was still talking and walking. I was informed it would be rare to have another one. I ended up having 4 more brain bleeds throughout 5 1/2 months. I was “under his care the entire time”. Things were progressing worse each time with side effects and after the 5th brain bleed, my family demanded a referral for another neurosurgeon. Ended up going out of state to have brain surgery to have a clot the size of a man fist removed and that took care of the brain bleeds.

I have been disabled with a fractured spine for over 21 years. I have never given up hope to find a physician who can assist me with pain management without narcotics. Dr. Griffith is one of the nicest, knowledgeable and patient doctors I have seen to date. I have seen more doctors over the years than can be imagined. He was so attentive and actually listened to me. I was a human to him rather than a person complaining of severe chronic pain. The staff is exceptional also!

I suffered from undiagnosed trigeminal neuralgia for 2 years. Dr. Griffith was the first provider who genuinely took interest in me and told me that it sounded like I had TN within minutes of talking to me. I decided to proceed with surgery. And now thanks to Dr. Griffith I finally have my life back. I highly recommend him especially if you are a TN sufferer. I was crying tears of misery and pain when I was as my first visit and I was crying tears of joy, relief, and pure happiness as my last.

Worst Surgeon I’ve ever seen. Had all my medical records transferred to see about a spinal cord stimulator and he said he only did them for failed back surgery and I even told them when I made appointment I’ve never had any back surgery. He was very rude!

One year ago Doctor Griffith saved my life. As a fifty-five year old male, with Trigeminal Neuralgia, I suffered from extreme facial pain that brought my life to a standstill. Dr. Griffith and his staff reassured me they could give me my life back and they did. My facial pain was gone when I awoke from my surgery and I no longer suffer from the searing pain of Trigeminal Neuralgia. I urge anyone that suffers from TN to contact Dr. Griffith.
