Dr. Stephen Ireland, MD

I was seeing him for two years and he almost let me die in the hospital in 2021. He stopped all my medication for an autoimmune disease I have and for my seizures.

Did the bare minimum amount of work. We went to Dr. Ireland for 3 years and with every visit he acted like my ongoing symptoms were a surprise. He clearly never read my notes before we had an appointment and did not care about my condition. I have MS and for every symptom of concern we brought up to him he would say I need to go see another doctor about it. I guess being a doctor is easy when nothing is "part of your department"

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ireland for a few years now and he has been a great doctor. When I call in with questions he almost always calls me back the same day. I was surprised the first few times I called in with questions that he was the one to call me back and not a nurse. He is very open to my suggestions and if he thinks my idea won’t work he always gives a thorough explanation of why and if he doesn’t know he researches it and gets back to me. That is so refreshing from other experiences I’ve had with doctors that will just say no and move on without explanation. I would highly recommend Dr. Ireland to anyone needing a neurologist.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Ireland. He helped my son who was suffering from a severe migraine and within a short time was able to rule out other potential problems. He also saw my son with very short notice, and I appreciated that. I highly recommend Dr. Ireland.

My experience went from a concerned 1st visit to a 2nd 5 minute visit that lacked all concern. Very disheartening.
