Dr. Stephen Kovacs, MD

I have had so many Mohs Surgeries that it's become a weight loss regimen! Dr. Kovacs has made what could be a very unpleasant part of my life comfortable, if not pleasant. He and his team make the process light. I know what to expect from the physical healing process and it is minimal, relatively speaking. Most important, the results are hardly noticeable. My face would look very different if not for Dr. Kovacs healing hands.

I have been seeing Dr. Kovacs for over 20 years and since retiring and moving over 100 miles away, I still drive 2 hours each way to receive his expert care. Over the years, he has detected and removed numerous pre-cancerous skin lesions and moles before they became a serious problem. His surgical skills are second to none, and his staff is excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Kovacs practice for all dermatological needs.

Dr. Kovacs was very knowledgeable and had great expertise in removing my cancerous growth, and then expertly covered up the wound from the surgery. He was very friendly, as was his staff, and I feel fortunate to have had such a good doctor for this procedure.

My procedure was on my forehead and it is now healed and just about 100% invisible. He is very reassuring and pleasant in addition to brilliant. I highly recommend Dr Kovac's Framingham office.

I was referred to Dr. Kovacs for removal of a spot on my chest. He explained everything, asked if I had any questions, and thoroughly answered them. He, as well as his staff, is friendly, attentive and professional. You can barely see my scar. I hope I don't have to have a surgery like that again, but if I do, I will definitely have Dr. Kovacs perform it.

Dr. Kovacs made what was one of the scariest times of my life, not so bad, after all. It took five visits before the melanoma under my eye and cheek was completely removed and then could go back and get stitched back up, but the level of trust, professionalism and kindness was exceptional! All my questions were answered with no rushing and I was always given respect and kindness. Most people don't even notice that I had surgery last year because Dr. Kovacs is a master at plastic surgery. I don't know how to thank Dr. Kovacs and his wonderful team enough.
