This was the WORST experience of my life!! This appointment ended with me running out of the office with my son in my arms crying!! My son has had shots and IV’s and never cried like that. This doctor was unpleasant and rude. He is not a child friendly doctor AT ALL!! He was abrupt with my son and impatient. He told my son to sit in my lap and lay back. He told me to hold my sons hands as he put “magic water” in them. Not telling me he was dilating my sons eyes. Because it burned my son started

THIS DOCTOR IS VERY RUDE AND NASTY. FOR SOMEONE WHO WORKS WITH KIDS YOU WOULD THINK HE WOULD BE A LOT NICER. HE YELLED AT MY 3 YEAR OLD SON BECAUSE HE WASN'T FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT HE GAVE. HE WAS NASTY TO ME WHEN I TRIED TO GIVE MY SON INSTRUCTIONS IN ORDER TO MOVE THE APPOINTMENT ALONG. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SUBJECT YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS JERK. HE HAS NO BED SIDE MANNER AND IS CLEARLY IN THE WRONG BUSINESS.

Wish I read these reviews before taking my son. All the above reviews are true. He was rude and not friendly to my son or myself throughout the entire visit. Felt like we were a bother and he just wanted to hurry up and finish with us. My son would move while doing a few of the test and he would sigh heavily. Dude, he's 6. tell him what you are doing before administering the test and maybe he can work better with you.

Dr. Kronwith was very impatient with my son when he was crying and said he needed glasses when he barely even looked into his eyes during the crying, He didn't explain his findings or expectations. My son hasn't had issues watching videos, following along when reading books to him, nor trouble focusing on objects. We got a second opinion and had a much better experience. The physician we saw was had great bedside manner and explained the exam, & my son's eyes were found to be perfectly normal.

I would not recommend this doctor at all. As a new patient, he did not explain what kind of exams he will be performing on my 4yr old daughter. He's abrupt and rude. I was trying to ask questions or explain something to my child who had difficulty understanding him and he told me to be quiet. He's very fast with his speech as well. Aside from his poor patient/doctor manners, the office is disgusting, old and dirty. It's also criminal that he charges $5 for a signature on a form.
