I am happy with Dr. Matse EXCEPT for the fact that I just started with him in January 2024, and I just got notification from UHC that as of 4/1/2024 he'll no longer be in network for me. Time time to find another PCP I guess.

Great doctor, awful staff
The doctor is very knowledgeable and has an easy personality. Unfortunately his staff never answers the phone when you call or at times never call you back in order to make an appointment. When you go to an appointment, half the staff is outside taking a smoke break (probably the reason they aren't answering the phones) and are rude when you do get to talk to them as if you are disturbing them. I had to go to urgent care instead to be treated.
