Dr. Nervi enters the room with positive energy. You can tell he really likes his job and thoroughly answers all your questions with a smile.

Dr. Nervi is the best. He has a great sense of humor, listens to my concerns. He treated several of my skin concerns with great success. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I saw Dr. Nervi for the first time in July. I had a great experience from the second I scheduled the appointment to the time I walked out the door. Dr. Nervi took his time and was very thorough, which I greatly appreciated. It's hard to find a good dermatologist that doesn't make you wait and on that spends more than 5 minutes with you. Keep up the great work, Dr. Nervi!

Dr. Nervi operated on the WRONG location of my face! I am fair & had significant sun exposure while growing up. Suspect growths have popped up on my face as I have aged, some requiring treatment but last year one spot on my forehead was biopsied & determined to need excision. Dr. Nervi took a chunk out of my forehead, NOT where the biopsy was taken! I was horrified & on the phone with his P.A. there was complete denial. However I took before an after pics of biopsy w my phone & proved, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that he performed surgery on a spot that needed no treatment at all. He redid the procedure but it set me back a whole week which prevented me from going on a planned trip (at a high demand venue for an annual event) & I had a no-refund $800+ hotel reservation. It is distressing every time I look in the mirror & see the small dent/scar in the middle of my forehead. :-( Dr. Nervi is a nice guy and admitted his mistake (he really had no choice though) but this error BAD.

i have been using Dr Nervi for many years. I follow him wherever he goes. He and his office staff always make you feel welcome and comfortable. i have always been extremely satisfied with Dr Nervi's work also. I would not use anyone else.

very professional caring thorough

So disappointing. Made an appt for a specific treatment when I arrived they said we don’t do that. Asked for a consult since it was their error and Dr Nervi declined to see me. This is not the professional courtesy or behavior I have experienced in the past.

This doctor is the BEST! Honestly, Dr. Nervi is such a caring and honest doctor. Soo down to earth and makes you feel comfortable. My 12 year old daughter had a growth on the bottom of her foot and Dr. Nervi made her feel at ease. Very compassionate! His office staff is courteous and welcoming.

What an amazing Doctor!!! I was a new patient and this was my first time to see a dermatologist. I had the best visit. The appoint process was great I called and got an appoint right away. The office was clean, comfortable and very inviting. The staff was smiling and very friendly. There was no wait time at all. The nurse Shannon that was helping me through the process and assisting Dr. Nervi was spectacular !!!! Thank you so much for easing my fears and making this doctor visit a pleasure.

I found his assistant very cordial and professional, Dr. Nervi put me at ease immediately with his humorous personality....at the same time he was extremely gentle and respectful but thoroughly gave me a full body scan and removed a few questionable moles quickly and easily...not bad at all! I will return to him.

Started seeing Dr. Nervi when his practiced first opened in the Hackettstown area. He was pleasant but prescribed a lot of unnecessary meds. From the beginning I've been unimpressed wit reception area staff and it's only seem to have gotten worse. Second biopsy on an area and never received results called and couldn't get on phone. Left voicemails and after 3 weeks Maria called me and said they thought someone called me already?!?! I haven't seen Nervi in a while always seeing his assistant.

I brought my father to see Dr. Nervi after noticing several suspicious spots on his forehead. Dr. Nervi performed a painless biopsy and determined that one of the spots was Melanoma. His staff thoroughly educated our family on the next steps and what to expect. My father then had a MOHS procedure. We felt that the overall care from Dr. Nervi and his staff was wonderful! They were helpful to assist with any questions we had, and you cannot even see a scar! Excellent surgeon and Provider.

I was very nervous about a procedure that needed to be performed by Dr Nervi. His confidence and professionalism put me at ease and the procedure helped my condition resolve. He took the time to explain the reason this happened to me and turned what I thought was going to be painful experience into an easy one. Thank you Dr. Nervi!

Every time we have gone, they have prescribed medication that is over $500 with insurance for generic. They don't even mention it when they give you the prescription. The pharmacist called and asked if I wanted to spend $1,100 for two prescriptions (no!). While speaking to her, she said that said she has to make the same phone call 5-6 times a day because of this dermatology group. Completely out of touch.
