I was doing ok after open heart surgery with bypasses and a stroke and was on the 2nd floor of St. E. After a week I was pressured into going upstairs to Dishman Rehab, where Dr. O'Neil is in charge. They don't tell you that you will lose your doctors. Much was done wrong, leg got infected and big holes in thigh, blood clotting caused TIA, home with wound vac. I was there 8 days before a nurse drug Dr O in to see leg. I should have never have gone to Dishman. They need a new doctor.

My mother went from walking in the hospital to being unable to get out of the bed under Stephen's "care". His practice of making rounds at 6am at PAMs makes it very difficult for family members to address any concerns. Visiting patients when they are asleep or barely cognoscente makes for fast money. He has been utterly useless in patient care so you better hope you have a attentive LVN in order to receive any attention if this is what you are relying on for improving any medical issues.
