Dr Rosenfeld spends quality time with patients. He listens and makes quality recommendations. I would highly recommend him too anyone needing cardiology care.

Plenty of eye-to-eye contact with the patient, impeccable communication skills. Instinctive knowledge of his craft and even remembers prior discussions we've had about other than medical topics. When you really care, a patient absolutely knows. Keep doing what you do, Steve you are a blessing from G-d.

The new location is bright and well appointed. The staff is great. Dr. Rosenfeld was great as always, conscientious and thorough.

Great visit, but a problem filling this out, as it is inserting untrue things that I cannot change.

Dr Rosenfeld spent an extraordinary amount of time with me to ensure he has a detailed understanding of my situation. He called me personally from his mobile phone to follow up the evening after my appointment. Dr Rosenfeld has continued to follow up as I have had ongoing care from another specialist at Virginia Heart.

Dr. Rosenfeld presents consistent tone and balance in his interaction with patients. He is always interested in what the patient has to share. There is no clock present in the room. He makes times to address all my concerns and questions. My wife and I have known him for years, and he is one of the A-team doctors on my wife's medical team. We feel fortunate to have Dr. Rosenfeld as our doctor.

Dr. Rosenfeld provides excellent care. He doesn't rush thru the exam and listens while asking critical questions. I've been extremely pleased being a patient of Dr. Rosenfeld.

Caring and thorough, he will take his time discussing your health issues and answering your questions. He never tries to rush you, that’s why he tends to run late, but worth waiting for.

I liked Dr. Stephen Rosenfeld but his work is so severely undermined by the office around him that I cannot recommend seeing him as long as he remains at Virginia Heart. Virginia Heart is some combination of predatory and incompetent. They steered me to an in-house procedure that they were going to charge an exorbitant rate for--I instead got the same procedure for 90% cheaper (!) from a different provider. They kept me on hold for 30 minutes leading into their 1-hour lunch break, sat on diagnostic results for several weeks before finally reviewing them when I called to check in, failed to provide a medical record I requested, and lost track of my payment after they backdated my invoice date. In fact, I just received another bill weeks after paying off my balance. Stay away! There are other cardiologists in this area that are far more trustworthy.

I am 76 years old, so I’ve had a lifetime of doctors’ appointments. I would have to go back to the pediatrician who saw me in the early 1950s to compare the care that I received then—patient, comprehensive, informed—to that Dr. Rosenfeld provided me. One has become so used to dealing with physicians who focus more on their computer screens than on the patient before them that to run into a professional caregiver who actually treats the patient seeking his advice is so unique as to be almost shocking. For my latest appointment I had a list of questions, and Dr. Rosenfeld answered them to my total satisfaction. Outstanding!

Dr. Rosenfeld always takes time with me to discuss my lifestyle to keep my heart failure in check. He thoroughly reviews tests I have had and answers my questions completely.

Dr Rosenfeld gets 10 stars from me. I can’t imagine having better care than I have received from him during the past five or six years, since I’ve had problems with my heart. He is patient, caring, and diligent in his treatment of patients. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have had him all these years. He is the best!

Have an early morning appointment since Dr Rosenfeld is very thorough, he tends to spend a lot of time with each patient and therefore runs late on appointment times later in the day.
