A Wonderful Doctor!
I saw Dr. Sandwell after being diagnosed with a pituitary tumor (adenoma). He was kind and professional and answered all my questions. Shortly afterward, I suffered a fall, which had nothing to do with the adenoma but led to 3 brain bleeds and a TBI. He came to the emergency room and walked through the diagnosis and recovery with me and my family. Then, about 6 months later, he operated on and took out my adenoma. During this recovery and follow up (over the past 3 years) he has explained everything clearly, showed and discussed all of the MRI images, and has a great bedside manner in the hospital and in the office. Through this process, his compassion and confidence in helping was wonderful for me and my family!

surgery was uncessarily
He didn't conduct all tests needed before putting rods in my neck. Now I am in constant pain only for him to determine that Covid struck me and now I am out of work and in constant pain.

Wow! I've seen many good doctors over the years. Amazing experience with Dr. Sandwell! Bedside manner, empathy, listening, observation, skill & expertise, thorough, patient, informative, cooperated & worked together with the patient... My sister's emergency brain tumor surgery could not have gone better. Great staff team. Seemed to bring out the best in each other. Excellent doctor... All you could hope for.
