Same here, ghosted.
It looks like everyone has had a similar experience with this doctor. He was nice enough and approved my certification right away, but never followed through in uploading on the portal so I am not able to go to the dispensary. DO NOT recommend... I'll probably have to get a refund from Veriheal as well :( let's see if they even do that.

Ghosts you after appointment, no cert renewal
Similar experience to Dennis's review. Fast and easy appointment for renewing my MMJ certification, but Dr. Song never followed through. Showed up at the dispensary and was turned away because he never pushed the certificate on the renewal date. This was a three months after our appointment and a month after my previous certificate expired. Apparently the card in my wallet is worthless without this step.

Arrogant
he seemed okay at first. he approved me for medical marijuana and then told me once I got an ID from the state then we would assist me further with the process. Once I got approved through the state and gave him my ID number he refused to assist me. Kept ignoring me and did not continue the process for me to get my ID card. Now Veriheal is going to have to refund me $200 not because I wasn't approved but because Dr. Stephen Songonuga decided to drop me as a patien for no apparent reason.
