I went to the ER with shortness of breath and was in a lot of pain. He came into my room, for probably no more than 2 minutes. He would ask me a question, but wouldn't let me respond. In the 3 hours or so I was there, I only saw him in the beginning and when he discharged me. I had an x-ray that the radiologist said it was pneumonia. He decided I didn't have anything. I was discharged still in pain, short of breath and my heart rate and BP were not good due to the pain. He gave me two prescriptions and said I would be fine in a couple of days. He arrogantly walked out without me being able to ask any questions. I agree with another person's review to ask for a different doctor if are unfortunate enough to get him.

Abrasive-Arrogant-Patrinizing-Callous
From the moment he entered the room his demeanor was cold and dismissive. It was evident he was upset my father was there for treatment and focused on scolding us for using the ED rather than listening to any concerns. He was uninterested in how my father felt or his current medical condition. His 1 minute exam consisted of listening to his lungs for about 20 seconds and squeezing my fathers leg hurting him which turned out to be a new blood clot. He only came back to the room to tell us 'this is getting into a realm of doing relatively unusual treatments in the world of medicine just by large.' My father was in fact admitted to the hospital and then to ICU. He has a very complex medical condition and needed help, he was told he would have died if he did not come in. He couldn't breath, he had no choice and Myasthenia Gravis IS life threatening. He does not overuse the ED and never wants to be a burden. I too am a provider and I would NEVER treat ANY patient this way. Shame on you

Horrible Experience
This doctor is dismissive, invalidating, and extremely rude. The most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. Don’t be like me - request to see a different doctor while you still have time!

Unpleasant Experience!
I saw Dr. Stringham on a follow-up for a deep laceration. My initial visit, 3 weeks prior, was with a different (wonderful) doctor who sutured the wound. The wound had become hot, red and inflamed. Dr. Stringham glanced at the wound and scolded me for not seeing my primary care doctor. He acted annoyed and that I was wasting his time. The 'exam' was all of 5 seconds. He did not give me an opportunity to explain the situation or ask any questions. Dr. Stringham acted rude and uncaring.

Lacking in compassion, zero listening skills. I had the misfortune of needing emergency services while he was on duty. The only thing I received from Dr stringham was attitude.
