Dr. Stephen Tokraks, DO

Tokraks caused me to further suffer for years with PTSD, ADHD, depression, and SI. He refused to listen to my concerns and feedback regarding my symptoms. I've never met a doctor less engaged and it's a relief to read the other reviews which note similar treatment. I wish I would have made a change sooner and reported him after begging for relief and losing my job but I was suffering from my symptoms and believed I was getting adequate care. As a student with a GPA of 4.0 he dismissed my ADHD symptoms and asked if I take notes on the material (I also had been awarded multiple scholarships). He did his best to ruin my life. He should be replaced because people with depression could be pushed to suicide with the care that he administers. Look up the articles on the way that Kaiser mismanages care, fines by the state for gross negligence. When you're contacted by Chris (Bostonia) he'll attempt to gaslight you as if your experience is unique. It's not.

Very poor. Most emotionally detached and vacant psychiatrist I have worked with. Impossible to get into contact with in a timely manner. Private messages sent to him are read first by other clerical staff and not sent along to him. I would see him once every 4-6 months, and he would always ask at appointments "over the past two weeks how have you..." as though the other 5 months and 2 weeks didn't matter.

Very poor psychiatrist. He is restricted to a small number of interventions. Pleasant but not talented.
