I don’t understand why anyone would give Dr Watson or his staff anything but a good review I’ve seen some of the top doctors in the field and he’s as good as any I’ve ever seen and the staff too I guess some people you can please no matter what you do..didn’t have a long wait everyone went out of there way to make it a comfortable low stress environment.. I give them 5 outta 5 stars

As I was sitting in the waiting room at Dr. Watson’s clinic, the front staff repeatedly closed the glass to the check in desk so they could gossip about patients coming in and out (I guess they don’t know they’re loud & the window isn’t sound proof). Then, Dr. Watson steps out of a patient room, shuts the door to the room, rolls his eyes to his front staff regarding the patient, and closes the glass again and starts making fun of the patient he just left! I have literally never felt more uncomfortable visiting a “professional” you should trust to take care of you. It’s been 6 months, and I’m so glad to never go back there. He is so unprofessional, and I hope they change things around soon.

Dr. Watson is a very knowledgable, friendly doctor who truly cares about his patients. He listened very intently and patiently to a long list of symptoms and information I presented, and he came up with excellent diagnoses based on treating me holistically, not just as a doctor trying to pawn me off with the latest meds or as someone just trying to shuffle me through his office. I would highly recommend Dr. Watson.

This is the most disappointing doctor-patient relationship I've had in 40 years. It's like going to Radar O'Reilly from M*A*S*H. Dr. Watson followed in his father's footsteps, attending Vanderbilt medical school as a legacy and then joining his father's practice. (Dad was an orthopedist who's since retired). Dr. Watson communicated poorly, preferring to stare at his computer and make funny noises with his mouth. I had little idea what was going on. Lousy staff, too.

My first/only experience with Dr. Watson. He entered the exam room with an irritable expression, an annoyed tone, and made no eye contact throughout our interaction. I had difficulty breathing but was dismissive as What else do you have other than a cough? I had to repeat my symptoms twice in full to him. He burped repeatedly, He made small talk of my unrelated treatment I had earlier under his father (ever heard of HIPPA???), and his office staff were just as wonderful. Unprofessional quack.
