Dr. Stephen Winslow, MD

Waited about a half hour to see an assistant who did a quick screen of my vision and dilated my pupils. Sat in a second large waiting area in the back for over two hours. The doctor was OK but the scheduling is horrendous.

I recently had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Steven Winslow at Riverside Eye Center in Sebastian. I couldn't be happier.... Dr. Winslow is truly my hero. From the very beginning, he made me feel comfortable. I was well-informed about the procedure and what to do after the procedure. His expertise and care are evident in the amazing improvement in my vision. What a gift....The entire staff at Riverside Eye Center was wonderful....Thank you for bringing color back into my life....I had no idea what I was missing...with deep gratitude.....Mary Lou Ciambriello

Excellent doctor!

I went to your facility on a referral from my eye doctor for a consultation about catarac surgery. I did not request or want an office visit, eye examination or refraction. After wasting more than two hours of my valuable personal time I spoke to the Dr. Winslow for about two minutes. I was not at all impressed with the service provided, the attitude of the employees or the unbearable waiting times. I walked out of the facility when I was told to wait to talk to someone else. You collected more than enough in compensation from my insurance carrier. I refuse to pay more for the lousy unprofessional way I was treated. We left after waiting more than two hours, it was 5:30 in the evening, the clinic was closed, yet he still had two more appointments before my sister could see him. This was our first visit and it left me and my sister with a very bad impression.
