Dr Kramer was EXCELLENT! The time he took to listen to my daughter's concerns and explain the treatment plan to both of us was greatly appreciated. He shows a great deal of compassion and empathy for his patients!

Fantastic experience. Friendly front desk staff. Nurse or medical assistant that seated was very nice and efficient. Very impressed with Dr Sterling. Great beside manner with us and our son. Explained everything very clearly. Hoping he stays thru the duration of following our son's treatment.(We know doctors come and go often and we hope he stays.)

Dr. Kramer was amazing. He did a thorough exam, answered all of our questions and explained everything clearly. Clearly stated our 3 options on how to proceed and told us to call if we needed anything else

I was very pleased with this visit and Dr. Kramer. Our daughter has special needs and we appreciate more time and patience at appointments. I like a thorough explanation and time to ask questions and talk through any concerns or challenges. He took plenty of time with us and gave us great information. Best doctors visit we have had in a very long time. I will be recommending him to others. So we are grateful for his time and care.
