Re: Dr Ruckers Technician
I had Ashley R. yesterday as my technician. She did all my tests in a timely manner and with a smile. My last visit had to wait 45 minutes and go look for someone to do my tests. Ashley is a very hard worker.

Although he is a very nice man, as a doctor I feel like I always get a 10 minute rush job visit after waiting at least over an hour to be seen. He seems like he's being bothered if you have questions to ask. Needs to be more compassionate and caring with his patients

Not good to say about Dr. Rucker’s practice. At a 6/29 visit he had me take a blood test and leave a urine sample. As of today 7/19 I still have not received the results of these tests. I have called his office 3 times and each time I got an apology and a promise to get a call back later that day. Perhaps you received my call back because I sure as hell have not. This might not be a serious problem unless, of course, I have a serious Healthproblem brewing. With this practice group I may never find out.

Dr. Rucker is everything you want in a medical Dr.. Referred by another Dr. to be our GP, his advice is ALWAYS so spot on and he is the only Dr. who has been able to make the correct recommendations for husband’s unique situations. My husband loves him and will only trust his advice. He is super nice, a great listener and so popular that his office is difficult to get through to. But the quality of his medical care is so great that he is still worthy if more than 5 stars!

My Father, Herbert Carmel, died in a Florida Hospital, after 16 months of sufferring due to the unprofessional conduct of Dr. Steven Rucker. Dr. Rucker refused to exercise his fiduciary responsibility to my father, about the life threatening conduct of my father;s chosen medical proxy holder. This unethical proxy, Herbert Carmel. Randall Carmel, refused to provide my father with continued dialysis, and refused to provide my father with in-home nursing and rehabilitative care.
