Great Physician & Staff
Took me 5 years searching for a Primary Care Practice after moving to Las Cruces to find a 5 Star Practice. Dr Acosta is knowledgeable and a great listener. He explains the reasons for diagnosis and treatment. His NP staff, who run the Urgent Care practice, and medical and support staff are first rate. Communication is easy, friendly , professional and clear. Great team to have on your side. He is opening a 2nd Urgent Care Clinic in Telshor/ University Ave location mid- June 2023 and I will certainly be using that location too

Wonderful doctor!
I chose to see doctor Acosta after finding positive messages about him on the Nextdoor App. I made an appointment and saw him a few weeks later. He was kind, caring and believed in me when I told him I was having a pain crisis. He referred me to Las Cruces Pain Center on Telshor and to a very experienced and quite amazing surgeon. Between the two referrals, I got two critical and serious diagnosis. Both are rare and the five doctors before them had told me there was nothing wrong and sent me on my way. Frustrating to say the least. He also ordered MRI’s to get the ball rolling. All five of the previous doctors relied on x-rays. It will be an uphill battle but knowing what I’m up against is very helpful!

took my 5 month old daughter to urgent care. Dr Acosta was duty. We were seen quickly and prescribed the right medicine and he truly acted like he cared about what we as parents wanted for our child.
