I've had Dr, Balsamo for 13 years and more counting after our move to FL for 3 years. Before that he was my dr from the day my dad passed. I went to this facility upset because of my father's impending death and the physician thought I was just drug seeding. The nurses there, being compassionate, recommended Dr. Balsamo. He is understanding and non judgemental. He really listens to your issues and asks questions. You never feel rushed. Would recommend him to anyone,

He has been our family doctor since the beginning of time. He always is aware of my previous medical histories and so no time is wasted updating him. Even when I am seeing other specialists, I can see that he has logged in to various medical websites to check on my progress. He consistently demonstrates that he is well informed about current medical discoveries and is exceptionally competent in evaluating a myriad of symptoms. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I wasn’t able to see my regular physician today and was seen by Dr. Balsamo. Very caring doctor and took considerable time to help me with my symptoms. I highly recommend Dr. Balsamo. The nurse was exceptional, too. Thank you .

DO NOT RECCOMEND! WENT TWICE IN 2 WKS - 1ST VISIT DIAGNOSED WITH BRONCHITIS. WAS WORSE AFTER ANTIBIOTICS AND WENT BACK - BASICALLY DID NOTHING BUT PUT ME ON STEROIDS FOR THE COUGH. DR NOT CONCERNED AT ALL. LATER THAT WEEK ENDED UP IN THE HOSPITAL WITH BAD PNEUMONIA - HOSPITAL DR COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HOW I WAS NOT TREATED AT MY 2ND DR APPT! SPENT 5 DAYS IN THE HOSPITAL AND WAS TOLD TO F/U WITH PRIMARY IN 2 DAYS. CALLED AND THEY REFUSE TO GET ME IN FOR 5 DAYS! THEY ARE RUDE! (I SEE BALSAMO)
