I find Dr Becker excellent as a Doctor and find his staff very helpful and prompt in following up on referrals and authorizations! I highly recommend Dr Becker. In fact my nephew and his wife also go to Dr Becker and have similar experiences.

What kind of doctor cancels antidepressants and insulin without informing the patient? Those are life saving medications.

THE WORSE DOCTOR IN THE COUNTRY.. THE FIRST APP HE TOOK ME OFF MY METFORMIN DIDN'T TELL ME . WHEN I FOUND OUT HE DIDN'T WANT TO TALK WITH ME . SO I STORMED HIS OFFICE HE HAD NO CHOICE . HE TRIED TO SAY THAT I WAS NOT A DIABETIC . ONLY FOR 11 YEARS . ABOUT 6 MONTHS LATER I TRIED TO ORDER MY TEST STRIPS AND HE ACTED AS IF HE HAD CLUE ABOUT IT ABOUT THEM BEING CANCELED. HE IS ONE LUCKY DOCTOR. THE OFFICE IS THE WORSE EVER ALSO . THEY KNOW HOW I FEEL ABOUT THEM ALSO.

First of all his staff is rude and should not be working in a Doctor's office. Every time I have been there Dr. Becker is too busy with these students he brings in. Your appointment starts with a student asking you questions! I did not set an appointment with students.... He should be at a school.. My experience with the office staff and Dr. Becker has been nothing but a very poor experience.. Oh! One more thing you should know, Dr. Becker has an answering service on the weekends but doesn't get his messages until Monday morning ( If the staff give it to him) So, if you have an discharge from the hospital and need medication or anything urgent, GOOD LUCK!!! Don't sign up for this Becker to be your MD, he is the WORST!!!!!! I'm getting a REAL Doctor!!!

He has been my PCP for years, and the service has steadily gone down over the years. If I had left this review years ago, it would have been 5 stars. Now, I get little to no time with him. It’s ALWAYS a med student who talks to me. First, I don’t feel comfortable talking to a complete stranger about my personal health problems. I didn’t sign up for a medical study. He should work at a school instead of pretending to be a doctor. He’s brusque, in a hurry, and no longer cares to help people.

Dr. Becker is good, but his staff is horrible. This review is for his staff. They are rude and impatient to deal with over the phone when requesting for medication refills. If I can give 0 stars or even negative stars I would. When dealing with patients, you need patience. They put me on hold 4 times, to come back to the phone and tell me I need to contact the other pharmacy to transfer my refill to a new pharmacy when they could have just said that in the beginning. I’m changing doctors!

Dr Becker has a great sense of humor, he's also very honest. No punches pulled. I respect that. He treats patient's like family, He'll give advice the way he would his family. He tells me what I need to do or change based off my labs or any results. He's given me a healthy diet plan that he himself follows. If you're looking for someone to hold your hand and throw pills at you, He's not your guy. But if your looking for a doctor to get you better , and you put the work in he's the guy!

Was my Primary Care Physician for years. Refused to do 'wellness care' physicals. As an over 50 man I should have been getting an annual "digital rectal" exam. Had to ask a spcecialist I saw for another reason to refer me to a urologist. That is where the digital exam revealed I had prostate cancer. Now, after surgery, I now have incontenance and I have not worked in 2 years. I asked if I should be deemed disabled. He said "I believe that anyone who wants to work can, but who would hire you?"

Dr Becker was shudderingly insensitive, highly detached and almost belligerent in his approach. As a doctor who deals with patients at the end of life, Dr Becker does not seem to know the meaning of empathy. Getting a hold of him will take 24 hours plus, he is apparently way too busy and his patience with family at a time of great stress is non existent .... beware he will make the experience worse. Awful, dreadful, terrible, an embarrassment to the profession with a super sized ego.

I Don't understand why people have left bad reviews. I saw him for the first time yesterday and found his sense of humour to be much like mine which is awesome. If you want a stuffy, snobbish and boring doctor, then stay away. He's thorough, actually listens to a patient's complaints and is quick and efficient to a patient's needs. No run around here, and I appreciate that.

I had a poor experience with Dr. Becker. While I can appreciate a wide range of humor, I found his attitude and mocking of his other patients to me very telling about character. He noted he has a transgendered patient who, even with her new 38DD's, is still ugly. He shared that his upcoming vacation (April 2015) was going to be boring since his wife was going with him. His office still owes me money from this visit and I am tired of asking for my refund.
