Rude. Short. Robotic
The guy literally stood up after a couple of minutes of talking, stuck his hand out to shake mine, turned his head and body towards the door and asked “any questions” not even looking at me. He’s either got spectrum level communication issues or has absolutely zero cares to give about patients. Buh-bye

Passive doctor
Doesn’t speak with authority on a diagnosis or treatment, which leaves you wondering if he even knows what he’s talking about - or just doesn’t care. He’s an exceptionally poor listener. During my last visit he repeatedly asked the same questions and wrote things in the appointment notes that I never said. Bielski never confidently gives medical advice, and will refer you elsewhere for every little thing. He’s tried to hand me off to his nurse to explain the formula for calculating insulin or seeing a diabetic educator, even though I ’ve been using insulin for 17 years. He wanted to refer me to a podiatrist for dry feet. After experiencing side effects from a new medication that he prescribed, he suggested I see my primary care physician instead. He also doesn’t keep up on ordering routine labs. A patient with diabetes, a thyroid disorder and liver disease needs bloodwork! Mine hasn’t been checked now for 2 1/2 years. I’m done with this guy.

Uncared For Patient – Sep 26, 2022

This office has made several errors in regards to my tests and appointments. I have even been given erroneous medical advice from their staff. I have never felt less important to a business or a doctor in my life. I have to do my own research and recommend what I think should be done. Doctors (especially when treating cancer, should NOT be using language like "maybe we could do ..." Or "I guess we could do this test..." I tried to switch doctors, but there seems to be a fine "white line" as there are doctors at NM that are taking new patients, but they won't take transfers?? I assume this is to protect this failing office from going completely under. Stay away!! Go ANYWHERE else for an endocrinologist...anywhere!

My experience was extremely poor. The follow up appointments were unhelpful and extra testing was unnecessary. I felt as though they were just looking at me just to make money. I just finished paying them off after 8 months from my last visit. I would not recommend anyone to go to them. If you are looking for a doctor for thyroid cancer make the trip to the city you will get better more advanced care!

Where should I start. The staff and rooming person are rude, unprofessional and taint amount to bullying. Having labs done ftom a person that is inexperienced sucks being stuck 2, 3 times.Trying to get lab results are on the level of harrasment, no comprehensive qualities. The doctor is old and out of touch with common thyroid issues. He rambles on and on and hand's out printouts to a educated patient. Appointments are like pulling teeth. Childish behavior & non professional. Good luck

Worst doctor ever. It took two months to get through all of his testing. Never received results. Was told that they have to call emergency cases first and they get hundreds of results a day. My normal outcome on a test meant I needed surgery. Did not get results until I sat in the waiting room until someone would help me. Still have not received my medical records to be sent to surgeon after 3.5 weeks.
