Excellent Doctor & efficient staff.
He is the best foot doctor I have found in my life (I’m 70). I would highly recommend him & his excellent staff to serve your needs. He takes excellent care of my feet & has done 1 of my 2 gout surgery’s. He is by far the BEST!

he's always been very nice and good at his job. it doesn't take too long to get in. he did a surgery of mine that went very well. healing was good. I've gone to him my whole life (nearly 20 years)

I was told Dr. black was wonderful and made an appointment. I arrived in time to do paperwork. I sat and sat. I saw many people who came in much later go in. I left after an hour as they weren't going to call me. They told me later they were waiting to verify insurance. They could have done that before the appointment. Disappointed. I wasted time and felt ignored. They could have politely told me I couldn't be seen untill another time. Don't have me come sit if you are not ready for me. They did verify insurance later after I sat and waited. I heard good things.

It is impossible to get an appointment with this office. They do not have a phone system that lets you talk to a person. You listen to music for several minutes after being told by a computer that you are waiting on an operator and then it goes to voicemail where you leave a message and they never call back. So far I have tried every day for 2 weeks and heard nothing. Then there is the website that lets you request an appointment but they never answer those either. I ended up having to contact my GP and get the name of someone else.

Dr Black: I tried to call to confirm my appt. this morning, and the operator said the number was no longer in service??? I cannot, under the circumstances, keep this appt without knowing if you are there or not. Please reschedule and advise.
