I saw Doc B for 7 years and rue the day he left. He was the kindest most dedicated Dr I ever had. He took care of my many medical problems. I never had to wait for refills. He always got right on it. Now I have to see a different Dr for all my different ailments. I loved him so much and can't say enough about what a great man he is. He always went above and beyond in his practice!

When Dr. Burgess came to San Angelo, TX I was one of his first patients. I was his patient for many years while he was in San Angelo. He cared about me, and he took the time to always be there when I needed something. Sometimes for normal colds it was not possible to get in to see him, but that was more of the way the clinic operates and not the blame of the Dr since he wanted to be more open to patients. He left to CO and he will make anyone a great Dr.

When ill I have found it impossible to get an appointment. The reservation clerk is not helpful and shows a total attitude of you are just another patient. If you cant see the doctor that is your health care professional when you are ill and need assistance what is the point in having them. Told by receptionist to go to ER that a $500. deductible or urgent care, well then why have a physician if using urgent care for illnesses.
