Will never go to him again
I agree completely with the above comment that called him a bully. That is exactly my feeling. Not one time did he ask me a question about why I was there and what my symptoms are. He was very intelligent and made sure to let it be known. He was all about educating me about things that were above my need to know. In fact, at one point, he said if I understood even a quarter of what he said, I would be in my 3rd year of medical or podiatry school. He made a good suggestion about an orthotic, but was not interested at all in discussing or hearing about my symptoms once he had determined (based on my pre-appointment paperwork) what he thought my problem was.

No local anesthetic
I went to see Dr. Conner for a nail removal. He sprayed something on my toe and proceeded to pull my nail out , despite my telling him that it was very painful. I have had this done 2 times previously, different podiatrist without any pain. In addition to this he did not remove all of the nail and now I need to go to someone else to get the procedure completed. What a disappointment. He spent more time talking about what the next thing to do versus what he did incompletely.

Bully
Dr. Conner started talking immediately and would not allow me to say anything. He raised his voice to silence me multiple times about subjects that had little to do with my feet and toe problems. I did appreciate his advice, but I never had the chance to bring up why I came. I had planned to get help with my big toe, but never got the chance to mention the problem.

Dr. Conner did my bunion surgery in March 2019. I am totally pleased with the outcome and the post-surgery treatment. I have had no pain since the surgery. It is a process but I am satisfied with the way Dr. Conner has treated me during the office visits. He explains what he is doing and what I should expect. I recommend him as the doctor to see for pain free bunion surgery!!

Excellent in all aspects. He knows his stuff and is able to explain everything in detail. He spent an hour with me. The cortisone injection was on the money. He does not push for surgery. He lays out options. He spent almost an hour with me. He gives you teaching guides that he individualizes with your information on it. He keeps up with changes in medications and surgical procedures and his expertise is impressive!

Arrogant, unempathetic, if 0 stars was an option, that would be my pick. Mr. Connor, you do not walk on water, check your attitude at the door.

He saved my husband's life and what's left of his foot. Dr Conner triumphed where all other doctors failed since my husband's accident in 1982. He also cares more about his patients than money. He tends my husband's amputated foot every 3M to make sure it doesn't get infected again and to address any other issues that crop up. My husband underwent extensive surgery and I'm really glad Dr Conner was the one we chose. The first time I called and told them the symptoms, they saw him right away.

Dr. Conner is one of the best and brightest doctors I have ever gone to. He is extremely intelligent yet explains things so that it is understandable. He has an excellent bedside manner, professional yet fun. He healed a wound on my foot in a matter of days that no one had been able to heal in three years! I highly recommend him and I am a nurse so I am not easily impressed with doctors!
