This man should burn his license to practice medicine. As a professional woman, business owner, and life long resident of the Merr. Valley, I wish to share my experience. My mother (late) was rushed to Holy Family ER this past holiday. Spent 10 hours in ER. Nurses were fantastic, however, the ER was not fully staffed. Several major tests were performed due to my mom’s acute and quickly deteriorating symptoms. My questions were being answered by nurses who promised that the Dr. would be in soon. 7 hours later, Dr. Crespo enters..no idea what my mom’s condition was, no explanation of test results. He asked same questions from list that were asked /answer several times. No answers to important questions, ignored concerns regarding her slurred speech. Spent Most of the 10 min. visit insisting vitiams were useless. Was unable to convey anything professional and left abruptly. Did not even check her pulse or any other physical assessment. Condescending, unable to do his job. Avoid!
