Dr. Davis does not give up when there is a problem. He’s thorough and is very patient. He listens and will answer your questions.

Dr. Davis was a good listener, kind, relaxed yet professional. The MA’s, and admin / front staff were the same, and running a tight ship in such a busy office. Although I needed to wait a couple of months for my appointment, the day arrived and I was seen on my appointment time with little or no wait, and with no hurries at all. I felt my issue was well addressed and received an overall pleasant and good customer service thorough out. Dr. Davis / this practice is highly recommended.

He was friendly and professional. He offered a very thorough explanation about what options were to treat my condition beginning with medications all the way to surgery. He was very informative and I appreciate the range of options.

I initially saw one of his assistants, as I would have had to wait for a couple of months to see Dr. Davis. During my initial visit, the assistant found a nasal papilloma. She told me that she would consult with Dr. Davis and get back to me in a couple of days about it. After not getting any calls for nearly two weeks, I called the office. Nobody said, but it was pretty clear that the assistant forgot to consult with Dr. Davis -- I mean, the receptionist couldn't even find any mention of papilloma in my chart. After much going back and forth, during which time I got excellent help from Olga, I went in to get the polyp removed. This was when I saw Dr. Davis for the first time. He was friendly, quick, thorough in explaining what to expect and gave me a lot of time to ask questions. So, I liked Dr. Davis, but I'm less than impressed with his assistant.

I wish I was able to get the care I needed sooner had I known I needed a specialist. My ear infection turned into Labyrinthitis. With a few procedures I was able to restore some hearing otherwise, I would have been left with a condition I was not aware of. I wish I could have seen him sooner and thankful for the caring I received in his office.

I have visited Breath Clear several times. I have nothing to say but complimentary things! Dr. Davis is a stellar physician in all respects. His staff is friendly and attentive. They leave nothing to chance when diagnosing and treating your ENT medical condition.

I was in need of immediate care as I had an ear ache and am in cancer treatment. The practice got me in and the entire diagnostic process with Dr Davis and his staff was smooth and very compassionate. I felt reassured and felt I was heard and cared for with great sensivity and knowledge.

Dr. Davis is very knowledgeable about new treatment options but you will probably have trouble getting in to see him because he and his office staff doesn't seem to be very concerned with the customer service side of healthcare. Over the last two years, online appointment requests go unanswered, emails go unanswered, phone calls are not returned, and there is absolutely no follow-up after treatment - either from Dr. Davis or his staff. You will have to do all the legwork and followup. So, if patient care is important to you, and your time is valuable, I'd suggest you seek help elsewhere. They really don't seem overly concerned about their patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Davis's for over 6 years. I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He and his staff are all very friendly. I have referred a number of my patients to him when I was still in practice ( before I retired).

Staff and Erin are terrific. Professional, caring, client focused. Erin is fantastic!

Wait time was too long (almost an hour) considering it was not that busy. PA Amrita Desal was very knowledgable and very nice to work with. They offered convenient options for follow up including telemedicine or in office visit. I had one question post visit that I was able to send an email and received a response within 24 hours.

Surgical treatment along with follow up visits really made a difference, because my sinuses were bad. It’s one thing to know the medical text, quite another to apply it successfully on a case-by-case basis. This one is good!

I have yet to see Dr. Davis but its probably because he has an exceptional staff. His physician assistants and everyone else there are top notch. They are all friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Once they fix my issue I can write an even better review. Haven't gotten there yet but it will come soon.

As always Doctor Davis was totally focused on my situation, and I never felt rushed …. He made suggestions and presented options to fix my condition, and as always he addressed any concerns I had before I could bring them up…. He obviously treats me as if I am part of his family…. He is patient, a great listener, a skilled physician, and he and his staff made me feel like I was the only patient in his large office….
